1. With your bare hands, pound on a pack of skyflakes until its crumbles to smithereens. Not too fine though, you’re not making polvoron here. Just enough so you can still see the cracker holes in the bits.
2. Get a Century Tuna from the sari-sari store.
3. Get a can opener and use it. On the can, not the Skyflakes moron!
4. Get a plate. Platito or plato.
5. Mix the crumbled Skyflakes and mix with the Century Tuna.
6. Add chopped onions if you can afford it.
7. Drop calamansi juice.
Presto! You now have a pulutan!
Goes well with Gin bulag.
